(4 servings)
4 slices of beef or shellfish
juice of 1-1 / 2 lemons
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup oil
4 slices of bread
1/4 cup mango
2 slices tomato
4 slices of cheese
2 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. parsley

Pound the veal and sprinkle with lemon, salt and pepper. fry on each side for 4 minutes, in oil. Toast the bread and sprinkle with chutney. Place the beef on a bun and top with tomatoes, then cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
