veal scallop open sandwich


(4 servings)
2 tbsp. butter
4 slices of bread
Lettuce 1 hot
4 shells of small cattle
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. celery salt
4 tomatoes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Bread butter. Separate lettuce leaves to wash and dry and broken down. Pound cow to flatten; coat with flour. Cows fried in oil 2-3 minutes each side until lightly browned. Remove from pan; keep warm. Shopping tomatoes, place in pan cut side down. Fry 3 minutes, turn around, sprinkle with celery and garlic salt. remove of heat. Place the bread in four individual plates. Place beef in each; add a layer of lettuce; on the two parts of tomato and serve.
