Italian Veal Rolls Recipe

4 beef cutlets
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. mustard
1 sweet dill pickles
1/2 cup liverwurst
1/4 cup butter
2/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Pound beef until very thin, dust with paprika, basting with mustard.
Cut pickles lengthwise, in four. Spreading sausage and beef liver put a pickle on each. Roll up and secure with slices toothpick.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the rolls on each side. add up yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Cover, cook low heat 20 minutes.
Remove toothpicks; arrange on a serving plate, spoon over sauce and serve with rice.
